STCS Hoops ("the app") is the team application for the STCS Roadrunners basketball program ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Information is used solely to operate the app: authenticating you, displaying the schedule, roster, playbook, film, and workouts, delivering notifications you have enabled, and giving coaches visibility into team activity. It is not used for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.
Data is stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase) and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is restricted by role: players see only their own data; coaches and managers see team data necessary to run the program.
Some players are minors. The program collects and handles player information only for legitimate team purposes and with the involvement of the program's coaches and the player's family. We do not knowingly use children's information for any commercial purpose. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or remove their child's information.
Push notifications are optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings. The app uses them only for team-related messages such as workout assignments and reminders.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will delete your account and personal data unless we are required to retain limited records.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
